Please be advised all guests arriving into Orlando Homes are required to pay a mandatory non-refundable property protection plan.  The charge for stays in 2017 will be $55 plus tax and for stays in 2018 the charge is $60 plus tax. The property protection plan is applicable for all bookings regardless of length of stay and replaces the security damage deposit.
